I'm analyzing 42 .mzXML files (each less than 200 MB of size) in MaxQuant 2.0.3.0 in a good computer (32 GB RAM, Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2687W v2, 3.4 GHz 8 cores 16 thread CPU [2 processors]), located all files, combined folder, fixed andromeda folder, metadata and parameters in the same C:/-located folder, and even after that in the "Performance" window no process is shown.
I don't know if by analyzing a lot of files it would take too much time to even start processing them.
It would be of great help for me and any MaxQuant user to comment possible explanations for this.

It seems that you haven't clicked the "Show all activities" button on the top left side of the performance tab (see attached jpg).

That has also happened to me, in general, I had to restart the analysis. I recommend you update the net framework on the computer and check if the antivirus or windows defender is interfering with the execution. Usually this has solved the problem.
