so the left picture is the result of three-dimensional reconstruction of the right result . so i think it is wrong , how can the orientation be different after 3-d reconstruction?
Are you 100% sure your input for the model was this MRI image on the right? Because to me they look like two different humans. For example, aside from the uterus, the size of the subcutaneous fat and the location of the bladder don't match. Also the rectum is differently visualized than you would expect based on the MRI.
