I am using the High Pure Viral Nucleic Acid Kit (Roche) for extraction genomic DNA from blood (buffy coat). The DNA concentration is quite good (50-100 ng/ul) and the A260/A280 ratio is 1.8 - 2.0. But when I check the result by electrophoresis, I see some samples have bands forming ladder (as the image attached). I have no idea what the reason is, any suggestions on this would be helpful! Thank you.

Thank you Craig Silver, I also think this is apoptosis but I'm not sure because I only use blood from healthy people and before I also extracted many samples but I've never seen this case. I'm wondering if kit for extracting nucleic acid in virus can not be used for isolating genomic DNA.
The several bands in a gel indicates you have several sizes of DNA in a sample. That is happened when the DNA sample become fractionized during isolation. However, your photo seems that your samples might not have problem to deal with if you use these DNA only for PCR. Because the bands of genomic DNA is present in each sample at the top. Be remember, for sequencing studies, purified DNA is desirable.
