Why does error always occur when fixed constraint is replaced by boundary load in Comsol stationary study?

Dear all,

I've been simulating a 3D structure subject to a downward load on the top surface, and it works well if the bottom face is fixed. But now, I don't need to have the bottom part constrained and I change the constraint into a boundary load in the upward direction. Something goes wrong all the time like:

Failed to find a solution.

The relative residual (6.6e+13) is greater than the relative tolerance.

There was a warning message from the linear solver.

Iterative refinement triggered.

Returned solution is not converged.

Not all parameter steps returned.

Can somebody give me a hand? Thank you
