Hi Heba. Phenol red is sometimes added to trypsin to indicate whether the pH of the solution is optimal. This gives the red colour of trypsin solution. Trypsin can still work without the addition of phenol red. In your case, I think the trypsin solution is slightly pink due to a lower concentration of phenol red added to the solution. The trypsin should still work.
