While reading a lot of articles about biogenesis and importance of microRNAs in diagnosis of diseases and cancer and the ability of using microRNAs in treatment ... in this time i faced that there is no microRNA present on Y chromosome and very little papers 2015 mentioned that... why?
According to this paper, there are 2 human miRNAs located on the Y chromosome. The authors hypothesize " biogenesis of miRNA largely depends on coding genes, an evolutionary conserved process." and suggest that lack of miRNAs on the Y chromosome phenomenon is evolutionary conserved.

I think is a matter of size, dosage and tissue specificity. Since Y chromosome has very few genes, and only one chromosome per cell, the amount of miRNA could be very small, compared to the other genes in the genome. Also, genes in the Y chromosome tend to be active at specific stages/tissues. The most likely tissue to have active genes is the testis.

Evolution is a major player, we beleive, in the expression of genes. However, evolutionary processes can also be "given a slip" by miRNAs.
