First of all, STRING database provides interactions that could be based on direct (physical) and indirect (functional) associations; this last ones are derived from four sources: genomic context, high-throughput experiments, (conserved) coexpression and previous Knowledge. To see how reliable are its predictions or where is each punctuation score coming from, I recommend to you to visit their database:

After adding the protein of interest, you could click in the edge of the little network provided, to see a glosary of the different elements that have been taken into account to infer the punctuation to that interaction.

You can also download the interaction network from that database or in PSIQUIC server.

Where you can also find other servers to download the interaction networks.

In addition, related to STRING database you can also consult STITCH.

In that database the interactions with molecules are included, but remember that you have to check the reliability of each interaction.

I'll try your advices, thanks a lot. Actually, I want to arrive an interactions network that some of  these interactions are supported by strong experimental evidences . As you said 'I have to check the reliability of each interaction'!
