In the midst of the struggle between the major powers in the world, the chip industry has emerged as one of the tools of competition, and it is noticeable that all the efforts of developed countries are in favor of localizing these industries and seeking to attract leading companies to invest within their borders. The European Union and Japan seek to strengthen their position by supporting this industry within their borders. On the other hand, the United States of America supports local producers and offers attractive incentives to Taiwan and South Korea to invest in the American market. On the third hand, China is working to develop a competitive national industry in this field, while striving to isolate Taiwan from the Western world, given that Taiwan is the largest global supplier of these products.
