How many Research-gate Professors/scientists/ scholars are EVOLUTIONISTS OR ANTI- EVOLUTIONISTS?
YOUR RESPONSE WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
My Professor who is an Evolutionist told me that MAJORITY of SCIENTISTS in the world are EVOLUTIONISTS! I disagreed with him and I (alone) can quote at least 100 renounced professors from different scientific fields who rejected the Darwin's theory of evolution and also considers it as A DELUSION AND SCIENTIFIC HOAX.
However, I decided to carryout the research myself, and I found this academic platform as the best place to find out.
Please Note that:
1. It doesn't matter to me whether evolution contradict creationism or compatible. I rejected it because I found the idea in conflict with common sense and irrefutable facts. I cannot imagine something very important as the origin of life incompatible with the most important gift of life: ''My Intellect''.
2. I have reasons why I totally disagreed with this claim, and that is why I asked the question here.
Professor or student, in geology, evolution and extinction of fossils are invaluable tools for dating and correlation of sedimentary deposits. They are very practical methods used in geological exploration. Belief and disbelief do not arise because they are practical and evident. Species evolved and became extinct. Presently, some endangered ones are at the precipice and when they disappear, believe it or not fossilization could obtain.
Extremely very useful in study of order of layered deposits.

There is evidence of species extinction from the fossil records but do we have fossil records confirming the evolution of Species? I'm talking about transitional fossils
