We cultured MX-1 in RPMI medium and the cells died. We are trying now with DMEM medium and still the growth is really slow. it is the 5th day and still it did not reach even 50% confluent. Is there any other much suitable media to grow MX1 cell line?

They recomed to add some L-Glutamine to the media and I also add 1% of Penicillin Streptomycin to the media.
