In XRD analysis using Xpert highscore plus software I am getting error as Index < 0 or Index >= NrOfDataPoints when entering K alpha value. Because of that I am not able to find the peaks properly.. Can anyone explain this and help me rectify this issue

Here is a suggestion that you might apply to identify the peaks, you just click on the treatment button and then click the search peak button, and accordingly you can change the number of relevant peaks required for you can be adjusted. Also, I suggest you to not put any k alpha values and directly go for the search peak in the treatment button.
