I have two types of TRIS (Tris(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethane  and Tris (hydroxymethyl)-aminomethane  hydrochloride) and I read many recipe for making annealing buffer some people mention TRIS only and some Tris-HCL.  

 I am confused for making annealing buffer, which one is best?
