Dear everyone,
Currently I am working on a study concerning the effect of blockchain-enabled supply chain transparency on consumer trust. I am conducting an experiment using surveys. One group answers questions based on a fictitious scenario of a firm engaging in supply-chain transparency using traditional methods, and one using blockchain. In addition, I am investigating the moderating effects of the cultural dimensions of collectivism and uncertainty avoidance. Please find attached my conceptual model. Almost all my variables are ordinal, measured on a 7-point likert scale.
I am struggling to find out which statistical analysis my study requires. Since my study has multiple moderators and mediators, I was thinking I require to use SEM. Would help me a lot if someone could clarify this.
