What can I use for identify the effect of 2-DG other than ECAR?

I want to see the effect of 2-DG on splenic B cell viability. But before that I want to make sure that 2-DG is working . Is there any method for me to analyze this in flow cytometer? (Is there any dye or etc.) I am not able to check that with ECAR right now. Thank you :)
