How we can dissolve Fe doped titanium dioxide nanopartcles prepared by sol gel method and which solvent gives good results. Your suggestions are really appreciated.

You can try the direct reduction- alkali leaching-dilute acid washing method. the alkali leaching in NaOH concentration 2.8 mol/L (pH 14.44) (> 13.50) , L/S 4, at temperature 95 ◦C, time 60 min and then washed in dilute HCl acid concentration 0.56 mol/L (pH 0.26)(< 1.00), L/S 6, temperature 45 ◦C, time 60 min. Do you mean dissolve or disperse? If the former then concentrated HCl works well.
