Which QIAGEN DNA extraction kit do you recommend for MinION sequencing?

We are looking for MinION sequencing but we don't have experience for which QIAGEN Kit to use. It's for Acinetobacter baumannii

You should look for HMW (High Molecular Weight) dna extraction kit.

Sequencing companies use kits from circulomics (Nanobind) and NEBiolabs (Monarch).

From Qiagen there are two options MagAttract HMW DNA Kit and QIAGEN Genomic-tips but I have never worked with them.
