I am preparing to conduct in vivo animal studies with Ostamatinib (Cat. No. HY-13038A), administered via intraperitoneal injection. I have identified three different dissolution protocols using various solubilizing agents:

  • DMSO + PEG 300 + Tween 80 + Saline
  • DMSO + 20% SNE-β-CD in Saline
  • DMSO + Corn Oil
  • Could anyone provide insights on which of these protocols is most effective or offers the best solubility and stability for intraperitoneal administration? Your expertise would be greatly appreciated!
