Currently I am trying to find out which proteins apart from chlorophyll are broken down or relocated during leaf senescence to explain seasonal changes in carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen in leaves.

For chlorophyll it is clearly understood and presented in a detailed way, e. g. Article Chlorophyll degradation during senescence

.

Other sources I found just talk about "proteins". But I would like to know their specific names. Can anyone recommend literature to find out more?
