Which protein should I take as a loading control?

I am studying pMLKL Translocation to plasma membrane. I am using Tx-114 system for isolating plasma membrane protein from HT29 cell. I have used NaK ATPase as a loading control for the western blot of detergent phase. But I found aq fragment is contaminated with the det part as NaK ATPases appeared in the aq part frequently. Any kind of advice about solving this problem will be very helpful.
