Among these three DNA-quantification system, I have experience with NanoDrop (Thermo). However, I don't have any experience with others.

According to the supplier's info, Qubit® 2.0 Fluorometer (Life Technologies) will cost much less than the others, but it needs several consumables. On the other hand, NanoPhotometer® P-Class (Implen, Germany) and NanoDrop 2000c (Thermo) will cost much more, but need no consumables in process.

However, I am more concerned with their quality or range of sensitivity. I have no idea about the first two instruments ?

Can anybody share his/her experience in this regards ?
