Which is the possible reason for when the measurements of viscosity of DNA solutions aren't stable enough?

There are a few reasons:

1. The DNA solution is non-Newtonian, which means the viscosity is dependent on shear rate. If you do not control the measurement condition, the viscosity could vary.

2. The DNA is not stable and has been sheared during the measurement, therefore the sample is not consistent for each measurement
