Efficiency of transfecting plasmid DNA into PC3 Eb KO cells might depend on both the cells and the plasmids (ex: size). However, my previous lab normally use Lipofectamine™ 3000 Transfection Reagent (CAT# L3000015; Invitrogen) for transfection of different plasmid DNAs to various cell lines.
