I am a new researcher in ICT, I am an Instructor in Safety Management System training. One of our syllabi is accident scenario and risk assessment practice.
Is there any researcher who can give us information related to:
1. List of safety hazards in the aerodrome
2. What tools do you use for plotting the risk assessment process (excel, Docx, or an app)

It is really interesting question is raised by Direstu Amalia but it needs to be cross checked with many literatures of ICT.
Safety Risk Assessment demands periodical monitoring and evaluation to find out the challenges and bottlenecks to overcome the problems in the process.
The Aviation department seeks the proper Safety Risk Assessment to regulate the function, administration and customer satisfaction etc.
GPS or GIS could be the important tools to capture the events in the Aerodrome environment.
The modern Aerodrome has intensified with ICT technologies to support the stakeholders expectations to escape from these risk challenges at any time because these challenges are highly sensitive to remove in time.

Aviation sector is pretty mature sector with strong national/international regulatory institutions, standards and global best practices.
This maturity helps to mitigate accidents scenario related to airports. Further, adoption of new technologies like instrument landing system (ILS) etc. also reduces probability of accidents in airports.I hope that adoption of more and more ICTs will also help in enhance effectiveness of O&M of aeroplanes at airports that will also reduce aviation risks.
The biggest hazard is noise though its at different locations in the facility. You might want to have a continues noise monitoring system which you can download periodically and it should also be able to sound alarm if there is excess noise.
Probably you may use a suitable questionnaire with several tier likert scale

Io personalmente ti consiglierei di farti una robusta formazione di base sull'argomento studiando le relazioni che gli appositi enti di ogni nazione elaborano al seguito di incidenti con aeromobili e le relative raccomandazioni che sono emanate appena possibile dopo gli incidenti. Il materiale è abbondantissimo e si può comprendere come il settore aereonatico sia un settore maturo ma molte volte alcune coincidenze catastrofiche si ripetono con scenari diversi da quelli originali. L'analisi dei report sugli incidenti pertanto deve poter andare indietro nel tempo. Da privilegiare gli incidenti con gli aerei a terra. E' un viaggio tra gli errori che si possono compiere e ripetere davvaero impressionante. Buon Lavoro

We use an internally-developed matrix corresponding to our specific corporate risk and probability scenarios. It can be automated for collation in some cases, but I find that "tools" - meaning software usually in this case - can impede the development of good understanding and skills by the people doing the assessments. "Plug and Chug" is NOT a good way to do risk assessments with a possible exception of financial situations, and even then I would advise against it.

I would suggest you start off a Process by developing a hazard register through a hazard identification workshop. Then conduct a risk assessment to evaluate the risks associated with the identified hazards using a cause & effect analysis. Determine mitigation and implement them. Then follow up with continuous monitoring of the hazards/risks triggers and then review the process for continuous improvement.
This is a simpler method but has proven to be very effective and builds organizational team culture and safety consciousness.
