Does everyone know how adapt microalgae Porphyridium cruentum from sea water media to fresh water media ?

I am having a research about Porphyridum cruentum, and i would like to adapt it from sea water media to fresh water media. If you have knowledge about it, I will be so appreciate if you would like to inform me the steps.
