Dear all,

Hope you are safe.

I would like to know what is the best reliability index to describe. I'm using Psych package and I assume that I am a low-intermediate level of R user.

I conduct a MLCFA following Huang (2017) steps and his webpage (https://francish.netlify.app/post/multilevel-cfa-mlf/). He suggests not to use alpha, but he offers the formula of level 2 alpha (It was .98).

However, I try to use Psych multilevel reliability as well. What is my question: most of the Psych descriptions are related to many waves of data collection and it is not the case that I have. In my case, I have many small organizations (n = 200 organizations and the average of each is 11, SD = 6). Psych offers RkF, R1R, RkR, Rc, RkRn and Rcn index.

In my point of view, I guess that Rc was the best, but I cannot be sure and the result was really different from alpha (.80).

Anybody could help me?

Thank you very much for any help,

Amalia
