one more question, at what condition DNA can be denatured?
Thanks in advance
Usually, we dissolve Purely Extracted DNA from tissues in TE buffer ( 10mM Tris-HCL, (PH= 8) and 10 mM EDTA), aliquot and store at -20c, Also, it can be dissolved in ddH2O.
Best of Luck
Appreciated , my dear friend.
Actually, I'd like to use DNA in its denaturation case, if so , what should I do ? Amr Ghanam
Thanks in advance,
Sincere.
Hey, Ayman
I wish you the best in your Experimental design. DNA can be denaturated by heating at 95c for 3min
I hope this will help
Amr Ghanam another question bro after heating at 95c , may it will re-nature again ?
