I prepared a PMMA nano-sphere and I want to disperse it in polymer matrix. I found that it disperses in water, but it gives a clear solution in DMSO. Does this mean that it dissolves in DMSO?
I measured the nano-size for PMMA/DMSO (using zeta analyzer) and found it to be150 nm.

the color of a dispersion is not a tool to prove the state of your solution, rather it tell you how much it is efficiently dispersed. if the nanoparticles are solublized, than no particle dimension is detected.
Anther thing is that PMMA is not a water soluble polymer, on the other hand if your nanoparticles are not partially crosslinked surely they dissolve in an appropriate solvant such as DMSO. Regards
my appreciate thanks to your answer,it's more helpful for me. for the two solutions of PMMA NANOSPHERE in /water and in /DMSO, i measure the size of the particles using ((Zeta sizer)) it give me that the Z-AVERAGE FOR (PMMA/WATER=322nm) and (PMMA/DMSO = 368 nm) this is my casemy question is that mean the particle didn't dissolved ?
If you are detecting a particle size distribution in the DMSO solvent, then the particles cannot be dissolved. Without limited information of the particle or concentration of the solvent It is difficult to explain why.
I expect the reason why your solution is transparent is due similar refractive index properties of your particles and the liquid

i approximately dissolved 50mg/3ml solvent ( water , DMSO )
The picture is clearly showing that your particles have disappeared and turned into solution !!!! Dont pay attention to DLS (Zeta Sizer) in DMSO dispersion, since the situation is completely different ! Maybe DLS is measuring hydrodynamic diameter of PMMA chains agglomerates.
Moreover, as far as I know, DMSO is a solvent for PMMA. A teta solvent at room temperature and a good solvent when temperature is raised. Take a look at the following article:

So, my suggestion to you is that do not use DMSO as the second dispersion medium !
What is your matrix? In order to disperse PMMA particles in your matix efficiently, you should use a solvent for your matrix which is a non-solvent for PMMA !!!! yes. this is hard ! PMMA is sensitive to most of the common solvents ! Nevertheless, it depends on your matrix !
More importantly, you have to make sure that the used solvent won't deteriorate short-term PMMA colloidal stability.

my matrix is PVDF (: SO i used different solvent but they also give same clear solution like (DMF, NMP, TOULENE , ) but only water give me the dispersed particle

I dont know whether ethanol or methanol can dissolve PVDF or not !
If so, it will be great !
let me add that pure ethanol does not dissolve PMMA but water/ethanol mixture (in some specific compositions) does !
So, if ethanol dissolves PVDF, use ethanol as the medium ! fortunately, I think it keeps short-term colloidal stability !
I think finding a suitable solvent is pretty tough for your case, since PMMA is somewhat sensitive to most of organic solvents, while PVDF is a solvent resistance polymer !
The last resort in my view : as far as I know, PDVF is commonly synthesized by emulsion, and dispersion polymerization. So, if you can supply latex of PVDF (dispersed in water), it will become easy.
Just prepare blend of two latexes, (PVDF and your synthesized PMMA) , then cast the latex blend and finally anneal them above Tg of the hard polymer !
If fine powder of PVDF is accessible, disperse it in water ! and do the same ...

You can Probably use Chloroform for dissolving PMMA. You can either sonicate or gently heat the solution.
