It seems to be an Acaulospora. Hyphal attachment is not clear enough. Please take more close up and clear picture of the hyphal attachment if present. Than, it could be confirmed as Glomus.
You may need better pictures of the center of the spore, where the spore's hyphal connection is visible. And also some photos of the layers of the spore wall. For me, the photo corresponds to an Acaulospora, because it seems to have several internal layers, which would differentiate the specimen from the Glomus genus. You could also try a Melzer reagent stain, which would allow you to differentiate internal walls or membranes.
