Dear  Hazwani Hasan, for a length of only 900mm observing a deflection of 400mm will surely lead to a collapse of your corrugated beam. You Need to Change the design of the corrugated beam (cross-sections of the material, the disstance of the upper and lower web relative to the bending/loading axis a.s.o.).

Such a deflection with this short length is absolutely impossible. There must be something wrong in the calculation parameters, for example you get stress far beyond any strength.  When you calculate a short beam, not only the deflection ´due to bending is important, one has also to consider the shear force deformation, especially if there is a thin web. But this would never explain the in reality  impossible deformation

To know if the force is reasonable or not for a specific deflection, we need to know the moment of inertia of the beam.

However, the value of 40 cm is totally unacceptable for a beam of 90 cm length in the practice of civil engineering. Moreover, in the case of a steel beam, should occur problemas with plasticity, local buckling, effect of shear force, which probably not have been considered. I suggest redo the design.

As all reived comments, the ratio of the span-deflection observed is not acceptable. What is the direction of this deflection coming from an applied torsional moments and what is the structural system and the boundary conditions. before looking to a software results you need to perform simple hand calculation. As pointed out by other colleagues, your structural system will reach another failure mode before reaching this "supposed" deformation

for a beam of 900mm with a deflection of 400mm, the beam is likely to fail. Please note BS or Euro code do indicate the kind of deflection allowable expected of a beam under loading condition.

you must complete your data to identify your material first. So, you must give us the using test (standard), material type, and its nature (for concrete and reinforced concrete ???? kg/m3) or (Steel nuance FE400,,, etc) or prestress concrete ... etc.???

The question becomes irrelevant of the data of beam such as its material and nature of loading has not been provided. The deflection is otherwise to high whichever material has been used. 

The information about the material cross-section and whether the loading is concentrated or UDL needs to be given. But I believe that a deflection of 400 mm for a beam of span of 900 mm  does not seem to be possible. 

Well deflection is dependent on the material of the beam as well but for any load bearing material, the magnitude of deflection seems highly unreasonable and questionable considering the span.

The deflection is very high indeed! You should check the properties of the material you put in the software may be there is something wrong in unity of measure.

It is hard to add anything else to previous answers. However, a couple of suggestions for future questions, Hazwani:

1. Always question unreasonable results and review geometric consistency. For a 900-mm long beam to have a 400-mm deflection (assumed at midspan), it would need to increase its original length about 300 mm to accommodate such deflection. There are only a few, highly-specialized materials with such ability. Cold-formed steel, which is typically used for corrugated beams is not one of those materials.

2. Always check your units, particularly for mechanical and geometric properties. A "typical" problem with unreasonable results is the consistency of units. This might be the case for your question.

3. Make an effort to present information graphically. In addition to the table that you included in your question, a plot would allow more specific and perhaps faster answers.

Dear Hazwani, there may be something wrong with the units or an accidental introduction of a stiffness reduction factor. If not then you should consider that the classical beam theory (Euler–Bernoulli beam theory) is not valid for large deflections. Depending on the details of the problem other beam theories should be considered. In any case it seems that the design is not acceptable. 

You are talking about torsion and deflection, the deflection seem to be very high and not reasonable for this span, you didn't mention the x-section and the boundary conditions of the beam and the beam material, so that one can make a quick check.

If it a pure Torsion test, warping will occur and not deflection. Your question need more clarification.
