Independent variables :-
1. Seasons (Season 1 and season 2)
2. Treatments (6 groups)
Dependent variable:-
Number of grains
Which statistical test in SPSS should I use? When I tried to run two-way ANOVA, the post-hoc test for seasons is not provided since there is less than 3 groups. However, it is important to test wether the interaction between seasons*treatment significantly affects the number of grains.

Your request is unclear to me. For what do you need a "post hoc" test for seasons? If this factor is significant, you have enough evidence that these two levels are incompatible. What do you need else??
And regarding the interaction: what is the question here?
Rainer Duesing Hi Sir. My research question is to determine if the number of grains produced is affected by both seasons and treatments (fertilizers). In the experiment, i have two seasons (season 1 and season 2) and 6 treatments (different combination of fertilizers). Each treatment consist of 4 replicates. May I know based on these situations I have explained, which statistical test is appropriate?
If you want contrasts of one factor within each level of the other factor, use EMMEANS with COMPARE as shown here:
