I am evaluating the possibility of purchase a small used DNA Synthesizer but i have no experience about synthesis. Actually I found and old ABI 380B DNA Synthesizer and ABI 381 (PCR mate) and a Beckman 1000 oligo.
What would be the best machine?
The use I want to do is self synthesis of oligo for general purpose, I am spending actually 15,000 o more in oligo synthesis but i am asking if "home" synthesis could be cheaper Any feedback will be appreciated Vincenzo Landi
