For a top quality section, I would primarily suggest broad ion beam sectioning. You might need to use a cold stage as well if PA flows during etching.

Try also cutting your sample directly with a single-edged razor blade : use a cutting mat and cut by pushing the razor blade frankly against the sample.

Finally, if applicable to your imaging goal, you can freeze your PA in LN2 and fracture it.
