I'm currently working having problem with the concentration for recombinant protein use in western blot, the one been used is Recombinant Human CD19 Fc Chimera Protein-rndsystem
which does not have any description specified for western blot, through search of paper, I found this protein is less used, therefore can someone provide an opinion or experience despite the concentration of this recombinant protein?

I would suggest you load 0.1ug-1ug of recombinant protein per well. Do also run an endogenous positive control in order to validate the results.

it depends on your detection system! For a pure protein sample, you may explore the ng range (from 0.1 to 100).
10 to 20 ng of purified protein (recombinant or endogenous) should be fine !!
