I am looking for a Gel Doc style open UV light box which can be sued for the gel cut for gel extraction cloning purpose. What’s the best platform available which should expose minimum UV to hands and face (eyes)? Please recommend and share direct link of instrument.

There are many models of different manufacturers but the functioning is very similar. whatever you choose, do not forget to use UV-protection glasses, gloves and lab coat.

I also make my students wear a plastic face shield and gloves when working with UV light
We often use this kind of transillumination in our lab. You just need to keep your gel inside and insert your hands from side doors and cut the gel.
What you need is only to wear gloves while handling and cutting the agarose gel.
