How would be amyloid and soluble protein life time difference? if we have cells in which we tagged protein with eGFP and then FLIM image them and compare within cell the life time. How would it be different For the soluble and amyloid? would one be high life time and another low? What good papers one can read to get more information.

I am also looking forward to the result of this type of experiments. It's really challenging to explore and compare the fate of a protein in in vitro condition with cellular environment.
It is expected that the life time of a dye tagged protein will be lesser in cellular environment compare to in vitro conditions as the cell has various other complex interactions inside it.
