FLIM data analysis?

I got a ".lif" file from confocal FLIM imaging, I have 0 min and 60 min data with 15 min interval. I want to show lifetime for these timepoints. How can I start with analysis and making figures from the data?

you might want to look into the software from your instrument manufacturer, as the format is ussually diffrent between different systems.

Anyhow you might want to check wether flimfit (http://www.flimfit.org/) supports you system, also bioformats helps witha lot of data:
