Please follow the attachment... is evolution far from perfection? Because the objects produced by the engineer, approach the level of perfection made possible the technology of the time or paradgm... What about biological systems? and do you have certain example(s) to support or reject this idea?

I see as a tinkering process, where perfections it’s not achievable, but only relative improvment. The constrainsts, maladaptations and vestigial structures shows that.
As discussed by Gould, the "exaptations" are good examples of this tinkering aspect of evolution.
