Hi Ajit,

If rejected, I'm not always disappointed. I consider rejection to be a learning experience whereby I gain feedback for improving my article manuscript. After it's improved via feedback from the rejecting editor/peers, I can submit it to a different journal in the hope of publication elsewhere.

Dr. Ajit Kumar thank your for your question. It touch a problem lived by every researcher. In my opinion when paper is rejected I review the remarks of reviewer and I corrige from this remarks I try to choose new journal in the aim of my work and I submit it ..

In the very beginning of my research career I always had bad feeling for the rejection of my paper by a journal.

But gradually with the passage of time I became much stronger and learned something from each rejection of my paper.

I would like to advise the beginners there is no need to get panic by the rejection of your paper by a journal rather try to find the root cause of rejection.

It is a common problem faced by the researchers. I usually improve the paper by focusing on points which lead to rejection and submit it to other journal for publication.
