Can you provide more details? Do you have a set of priority variables and a set of sustainable principle variables? If so, and if they are all scaled, canonical correlation might be appropriate (and the Gifi system has alternatives if they are not scale variables). I don't know what hierarchical questions data are, so I'd be grateful if you could clarify this.

I have selected 5 possible actions that a company could have as tools to achieve sustainability. Example: ACTION 1// Attract and retain motivated staff; look for their professional development.
And this affirmation comes with 6 priorities:
Priority 1: Repositioning industry image as an employer but also calling / vocation training.
Priority 2: Increase the number and quality of internships
...... AND SO on
I have asked for the respondents to put in order in answers from the perspective of their company. So the most important for them would be priority 4 then 6 , 1 etc. All the priorities need to be ordered.
