I assume that Cff is Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens pv. flaccumfaciens. I do not have this bacterium in culture, nor do I have infected seeds with this pathogen, but I am interested in cooperation. We are working on disinfection of seed surface with non-thermal plasma.
Dear Anoop and Aditya, some answers: i) the acronym Cff was for Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens pv. flaccumfaciens, that is the bacterium of the project where my request was ; ii) the test if a rapid and specific diagnostic assay for this bacterium
