Dear All,

I am testing on the concentration of Lipopolysaccharide in mouse serum and fecal samples by ELISA. I didn't find much information on the dilution factor for both types of samples for ELISA. We have never tested LPS in serum and fecal before. Any idea on how much do I need to dilute mouse serum and fecal samples for ELISA to test LPS concertation. Also, any suitable method for LPS extraction from Fecal samples?

Thank You in advance.
