I need to know what concentration of the saline should be for the preparation of E.coli and S.aureus for disk diffusion assay and broth dilution method.
Does the concentration even matter, if it does at what concentration should it be?
For the disk diffusion method, sterile 0.9% salt solution may be used.
For broth, incorporate of NaCl at a final concentration of 2% W/V in the broth.
