Hello my research group developed a website that utilizes google sheets to automatically calculate, sort and produce a graph of the bmi classification of the students. Is there any testing method we can reference from to compare our research to the usual calculation of bmi which utilizes pen and paper?

hello sir David Svarrer in our school there is a monthly checking of BMI, and the current method used by our school nurse is manual data gathering and manual computation of a student's BMI and generate graphs to compare the BMI of the student population. The graphs for height, weight, and BMI of the students are gathered by grade level every quarter to observe and compare whether there are changes to these factors. What our research aims to do is utilize a website for students to input their height and weight and it is connected to google sheets where the computation and the generating graphs are automated by formulas within google sheets. We are trying to find a reliable method to test whether our research is statistically more efficient than the current method used by our school clinic.
In our proposal defense, one of the panelists suggested to find the most suitable and reliable statistical tool to measure how fast and more efficient our research is compared to the current method employed since automating something makes for a faster process.
I would compare better in terms of monthly cost per registered BMI data using both methods (manual and automated).

I am in doubt what it is you are looking for. Are you looking for OTHER ways than BMI, or are you looking for a tool which can carry out parts of the data collection + transfer to Google Sheets? It is a bit unclear which part you want to optimize on the process. I understand that you are searching for a faster method - but - for what? Please elaborate on this and I may be able to assist you. It will not cost you anything.
