I have a ROCK inhibitor (Y27632) and have compared treated cells to untreated cells. Is there a drug that basically does the opposite of Y27632? I would like to see what if any effects are caused by either adding more ROCK or activating more ROCK. I would like to avoid purchasing purified protein or doing any transfections (not in a bio lab).

Below are compounds I've found, but still know very little about. Any insights about them appreciated. Ideally I would use something that is a direct activator or upregulation of ROCK rather than anything upstream or downstream to minimize crosstalk.
