As the title says, what makes the difference in antibody reactivity?

I thought that if the antibody is same, they should all have same reactivity.

But it isn't(according to the manufacturers)

reactivity section is different in each product even if it is the same antibody.

ex) anti - CD3 from thermofisher

reactivity : mouse

application : western blot

anti - CD3 from abcam

reactivity : mouse, human

application : western blot, IHC, flow cytometry

What makes the difference?
