What is this pad at bottom of the aluminum 96 well base Plate ?

We obtained these aluminum 96 well plate systems and are having a hard time finding this red pad that sits on the bottom of the baseplate. Would anyone know who makes or carries this red pad? Or what it might be made out of? Photo is attached
