I am Sudha gayatri working on DMS (Dilute Magnetic Semiconductor) materials.
I have synthesized I - VI DMS material (at 4 different dopant concentrations - 1, 3, 5, and 7%) and obtained VSM result. In the result, 3% and 5% samples exhibiting good ferromagnetism at low field areas where as 1% and 7% samples exhibiting mixed paramagnetic and ferromagnetic nature.
Few people suggested that it's general nature of DMS materials at low fields by giving following statement.
"Most of the Dilute Magnetic Semiconductor materials exhibit ferromagnetism at low field areas". How far this statement is correct?
And for what type of materials this statement will be valid.
Kindly help me out regarding this
