Is there a good sealing mat for a 96 well plate system that can withstand being heated to 100C?

We are utilizing an aluminum 96well plate system with glass vials due to organic we are utilizing. We need to heat the system to 100C and not let any organics escape. We are having issues with evaporation with our current PTFE/Silicon Mat we utilize to cap the vials recently. We utilize the JP Finneran Associate 96well plate system (P/N: 96AL-0930EV) and the Mat we utilize comes from ChromTech (P/N: 96M-0100). Is there another option for a mat that is capable of sealing glass vials and being heated to 100C?
