I would like to suggest you that you may search for the relevant literature about the seed surface of the species. or look most updated seed terminology.
This can be referred to as more or less rugose. From my experience I can tell you that testa surface pattern under SEM might be varied and sometimes you will have to coin suitable terms by yourself.
Thank you for your suggestion but rugose means wrinkled, the irregular elevations making up the wrinkles and running mostly in one direction, are you sure it is compatible for these pictures? also I agree with you that it is very depend on researcher view.
You are correct. When I viewed the images in my mobile the patterns appeared to be more or less rugose but not so in my desktop. You will have to coin a suitable term yourself.

The pictures belong to Lepudium (Brassicaceae) and I read papers about seed surface architecter but it is confusing and really depend on researcher view. I like to have other researchers opinions about the kind of these seed surface ornamentation.
