I want to culture gut microbiota In vitro by culture method. Does anyone suggest me some papers where it explain about the materials required and best liquid media to culture?
I am sure you are aware that the complete consortium of bacteria composing the gut microbiota won't be able to be grown in lab. Still, you will be able to cultivate some of them depending on your research interests.
